Super Eagles Midfielder Aims For Another Positive Start Against Burnley

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi will be hoping to help Leicester City maintain their impressive start to the Premier League as the Foxes host Burnley at the King Power Stadium today (Saturday).

The Nigerian international has been an integral part of manager, Brenda Rodgers’ team, marshaling the midfield with so much composure and initiating attacks at some points’

Having scored two goals this ongoing season in the league, Ndidi will be seeking to inspire the team to another victory against Burnley in a bid to push the Foxes hope of a Champions League spot next season.

Winning at the King Power is something only one visiting team has managed to do in Leicester’s last 10 home league outings, but Burnley will be confident following a four-game unbeaten streak before the latest international break – most recently a 1-0 triumph over Everton.

Sean Dyche’s side have only been beaten by Arsenal and Liverpool in the league so far this season, although they have also failed to win back-to-back league games since April, due largely to their away form.
