Genk coach, Felice Mazzu has appealed to Super Eagles duo of Paul Onuachu, Stephen Odey and his teammates to abide by his principles if they are to get anything from tonight’s Champions League encounter against Liverpool
The two Nigerian internationals will be hoping for a starting shirt in a bid to help the team shock the reigning Champions League holder.
However, Mazzu stated that the team must not give Liverpool the chance to dictate the pace of the game and that they must follow his instructions to beat the English side.
“When a team like Liverpool take 25 points from 27 and play the way they do, I think they are one of the best teams in Europe, probably the best.
“Klopp makes Liverpool dangerous. We know they score easily with three, four or five strikers with a lot of speed.
“They have a lot of players with maturity; they have a high press and like to play at one end of the pitch. We must be attentive,” he warned.
