Bad News For Rohr As Super Eagles Star Pulls Out Of Brazil Friendly

Super Eagles preparations for the eagerly anticipated friendly clash against Brazil have taken a huge knock after it was confirmed that Ola Aina will miss the encounter due to injury, Soccernet.ng can confirm.

The Torino full-back picked up the injury in a domestic accident and has been subsequently ruled out of the encounter according to The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).

Ola Aina’s injury will come as a big blow to Gernot Rohr’s plans who has seen two players (Kenneth Omeruo and Samuel Kalu) pull out of the clash against Samba Boys due to injury.

It is yet to be seen if a replacement will be called up for Ola Aina, but that is unlikely with a majority of the squad already in Singapore. Tyronne Ebuehi or Abdullahi Shehu is likely to fill in for Ola Aina in the line-up.
