Tottenham Star Reveals Why Liverpool, Man City Are Favourites To Win Premier League Title

Tottenham goalkeeper, Hugo Lloris believes Liverpool and Man City are strong enough to win this season’s Premier League title due to their experience.

The French goalkeeper was in goal in Spurs 2-2 draw against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in Sunday’s North London Derby.

However, Lloris stated that Tottenham’s lack of focus has been the team’s greatest setback at the tail end of the season.

“Liverpool and Man City have the experience and they are really competitive anyday, anytime,” said the France international.

‘I think, at the moment, there’s something missing from us. We will see later in the season because things turn very quickly in football.

‘The most important thing is we focus on ourselves, to get points, to get consistency in the league. And we will see where we are in the table in April, in March.

‘That is the moment when you can win or lose European places or trophies. At the moment, we don’t want to lose focus on that type of question.’

Last season Spurs finished 4th in the league last season behind champions Man City, Liverpool, and Chelsea. They will be aiming to go one step further in the domestic and continental competitions this season.
