Spanish Giants Sign Nigerian Defender Following Barcelona’s Heavy Defeat

Following their heavy defeat at the hands of Asisat Oshoala’s Barcelona, the female team of Real Madrid, CD Tacon have signed Super Falcons defender Osinachi Ohale from Swedish side, Vaxjo DFF.

The 27-year-old Nigerian international will be expected to bring in her experience to a side that conceded nine goals in last Sunday’s loss to Barcelona.

She was in the Falcons squad that defeated Algeria in the Olympic 2020 qualifiers played at Agege township stadium a few weeks ago.

She was also part of the Falcons side that won the 2010 and 2014 Africa Women’s Championship, while she has featured for Nigeria at two world cups.
