Arsenal FC have confirmed the departure of Nigeria youngster Kelechi Nwakali to Spanish Segunda Division side, SD Huesca in a permanent deal.
Former Golden Eaglets star and highly rated creative midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has moved to Spain to join SD Huesca after spending last year on loan at Porto’s reserve team. He did not feature at all for the Arsenal senior team.

The Nigeria international joined Arsenal in 2016 after captaining the Golden Eaglets at the 2015 Under-17 World Cup, where he won the Golden Ball as the tournament’s best player.
Kelechi spent the first half of the 2017/18 season on loan at VVV Venlo in the Eredivisie, before joining MW Maastricht. During these two loan spells he made 30 appearances.
The Spanish club Huesca have also taken to their Twitter account to confirm the signing of the 21-year-old.

SD Huesca are currently placed 6th in the Segunda Division after winning two and losing one of the three matches played so far.
