Real Madrid, Barcelona Make Last Minute Bid To Capture PSG Star

There may be a late twist in the transfer saga of Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder, Neymar before the 11pm deadline after Real Madrid and Barcelona submitted a late bid for the Brazilian star.

According to Skyports transfer deadline day report that was monitored by Soccernet on Monday, the Los Blancos have not given up hope of signing Neymar as they have made out plans to make last-minute push for him.

Neymar has shown interest in leaving the Paris club after a mixed feeling with the club at the tail end of last season.

Recall that Real Madrid sold goalkeeper Keylor Navas to Paris Saint-Germain in a transfer deadline day deal, with the French international Alphonse Areola moving in the opposite direction

Los Blancos have already spent big this summer – but Zinedine Zidane is keen to strengthen further after failing to land Paul Pogba or Christian Eriksen.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are also making frantic effort to ensure that they get the signature of Neymar before the transfer ends by 11 pm tonight.

Neymar has not yet featured for his side in the 2019/20 campaign after Thomas Tuchel and Leonardo said that the player will only be included in the squad after his future has been sorted.
