Video: See How Lukaku Was Welcomed In Italy Ahead Of Move Inter Milan

Romelu Lukaku has landed in Italy ahead of his proposed move from Manchester United to Inter Milan. The 26-year-old is the Nerrazzuri’s number one target this summer and had already made a bid for him which was turned down by the Red Devils.

At a point, the deal was looking likely not to happen after rivals, Juventus entered negotiations with United authorities over a potential swap deal involving Paulo Dybala.

But the Argentine’s international reluctance to join Manchester United means the deal could not go on which then put Inter back in the pole position.

And it looks like they will be getting their man finally after they made an improved bid of 70m pounds plus add ons for the striker which has now been accepted by Man Utd.

Lukaku is now set to undergo a medical at the club and has now landed in Milan where he was welcomed by hundreds of Inter fans.

The Belgian international also revealed his next destination by stating on social media: “I am ready to fly… arriving in Milano! Direction

Despite having over a hundred goals in the Premier League including 28 Manchester United’s colours, the former Everton man does not fit into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s plan and is now set to take his career to the Italian Serie.
