Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekharo Etebo will be hoping to lead Stoke City to victory in tonight’s Carabao Cup clash against Leeds United at Elland Road.
Etebo, who played the entire 90 minutes in the Potters 3-1 home lose against Leeds United in the Championship last weekend, has not really maintained the same form this ongoing season.
The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations bronze-winning midfielder, has made just four appearances in all competitions, with no goal on his credit.
This will be the second time that Stoke City will be facing Leeds United in the space of three days.
On the other hand, Super Eagles forward, Isaac Success may be considered for a starting role tonight as Watford entertain Coventry at the Vicarage Road.
Success has not tasted action in the 2019-2020 Premier League season after three weeks of action and may be in line for today’s Carabao Cup.
The Nigerian international made 27 appearances in all competitions and scored four goals for Watford.
Having not won a game this season in the league, Watford will be aiming to use this game to kick-start a winning run of form under manager, Javier Gracia.
The Spaniard worked wonders at Vicarage Road last season, guiding the club to the FA Cup Final and achieving a record number of Premier League points.
