With few days to the close of the summer transfer window, Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are making frantic efforts to ensure that they sign Inter Milan forward, Mauro Icardi and Juventus midfielder, Paulo Dybala as a possible replacement for Neymar if he eventually leaves the club.
The Brazilian international is a potential Real Madrid or Barcelona-bound if all parties agree on a deal before the August 31st deadline.
Soccernet.ng learnt that the French club are now preparing for a life without the star striker and are evaluating profiles of two players from the Italian Serie A—Inter Milan’s Mauro Icardi and Juventus’ Paulo Dybala.
Icardi has been linked with a move away from the club all summer after he was informed by the new manager Antonio Conte that he does not have a future at the San Siro.
The Argentina international has bagged 124 goals in 219 games during six seasons at the club, but has seen his No.9 shirt handed to Romelu Lukaku and didn’t feature during pre-season.
On the other hand, Dybala’s future is up in the air as well ever since the arrival of new manager Maurizio Sarri and the Argentina international came close to joining English Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the summer.
