Real Madrid have confirmed that Sergio Reguilon has left the club to join La Liga rivals and former Europa League winners Sevilla.
Los Blancos announced on their website that the 22-year-old has joined The Whites and Reds on a season-long loan deal.
A statement read: Real Madrid C. F. and Sevilla F. C. have agreed to a loan deal for the player Sergio Reguilón for the next season, until 30 June 2020.
Reguilón made his senior debut on 23 August 2015, playing the last seven minutes in a 3–0 home win against SD Compostela. The following 16 January, after being sparingly used, he returned to Los Blancos and was assigned to the reserves also in the third division.
