A body has been found in the home of Arsenal star Mohamed Elneny in Egypt. According to the BBC, the body was found by Elneny’s father, Nasser who stopped by at the house.
According to police reports, the dead man was electrocuted while he was attempting to steal electric cables at the home which is located at the city of Mahalla al-Kubra- about 100 kilometres (62 miles) north of Cairo.
The house is a new property owned by the Eleny Family which has been handed over to be used as a charity office. Mohamed Eleny who is currently on preseason duty with Arsenal has been informed about the incident.
The Egyptian also represented the Pharaos at the just concluded Africa Cup of Nations which they hosted. Egypt went out in the round of 16, suffering a 1-0 loss to South Africa.
