Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid, Juventus vs Tottenham and the Top Matches to Watch this Weekend

It’s a busy weekend in Europe and Asia as the pre-season friendlies kick into top gear.

Earlier on Saturday, Borussia Dortmund managed to edge Liverpool in a five-goal thriller and the day promises to get even better.

Which are the other matches to be on the look out for?

Manchester City vs Wolves

It’s the final of the Premier League Asia Trophy in China where Wolves will look to surprise the English champions and cause an upset.

To get to the final, Wolverhampton Wanderers thoroughly thrashed Newcastle United 4 – 0. Manchester City on the other hand, eased past West Ham United 4 goals to one.

This match scheduled to kick off in a few hours should be a goalfest.

Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid

Another exciting game is awaited later in the day when Zinedine Zidane prepares his men to face the German champions in the 2019 edition of the International Champions Cup.

Niko Kovac’s side lost their first match of the tournament 1 – 2 to Arsenal and will be keen to avoid a repeat against the Spanish giants.

Manchester United vs Inter Milan

Solksjaer takes his Red Devils to battle it out with Inter Milan in the International Champions Cup. Both sides are still haggling over the transfer of Romelu Lukaku but a transfer fee is yet to be agreed upon.

This match therefore provides the San Siro side the chance to look at the Belgian striker up, close and personal.

Juventus vs Tottenham

It’s Sarri time. This game affords fans the opportunity to see the product of the union between Cristiano Ronaldo and the Italian manager.

Tottenham is the Series A champions’ opponents on Sunday in the International Champions Cup. The UEFA Champions League finalist offers a worthy challenge in a game that should see loads of goals.
