The Africa Cup of Nations 2019 qualifier game between Nigeria and Libya has been confirmed to take place in Algeria as Libya can’t host the fixture due to FIFA’s ban.
Libya Football Federation (LFF) confirmed the venue as they host Nigeria in the third round of the qualifier games at a neutral ground.
The Super Eagles continue their quest to qualify for the African football showpiece after losing their first game against South Africa and winning their second away at Seychelles. They remain third on the table with 3 points.
Libya cannot host games in their country following a ban by FIFA in 2011 due to the civil war.
