Mohamed Salah joins Egypt training session

Egypt’s Mohamed Salah gave his countrymen a World Cup boost on Wednesday as he joined a squad training session at their Grozny base.

The Pharoahs’ superstar had been an injury doubt after suffering a shoulder injury in Liverpool’s Champions League final loss to Real Madrid on May 26.

But an AFP reporter saw the forward take part in the session, going through a range of warm-up exercises with his teammates, who face Uruguay in their Group A opener Friday.
