Super Eagles winger, Ahmed Musa has said that their opening fixture against Croatia shouldn’t give Nigeria a hard time based on the knowledge he has about them.
Musa who came on the second half in Nigeria’s 1-1 draw against the Democratic Republic of Congo on Monday said that Nigeria won’t be wary of Croatia when they meet on June 16 in the opening fixture.
“To be honest, we already know how to play against Croatia, but of course I will not tell you,” he teased.
“The best Croatian player is Luka Modric, and I know Vedran Corluka from the Russian league, he is a very intelligent defender.
“I played and scored against Croatia once, in 2011 at U20 World Cup and we won 5-2.”
