Super Eagles Midfielder, Wilfried Ndidi has shown signs of making a quick recovery as the combative midfielder returns to private training at Leicester.
The former Genk of Belgium Midfielder Ndidi suffered a hamstring injury in Leicester City’s 5-0 defeat to Crystal Palace a fortnight ago.
Ndidi was replaced in the 57th minute of the defeat and he also missed the Foxes’ 2-0 loss at home to West Ham last Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles’ Media Officer Toyin Ibitoye in a chat with brila.net yesterday has assured that the former Genk midfielder will be fully fit to make his debut appearance at the World Cup in Russia.
“Ndidi is out of the season but will be fully fit for the World Cup. There are no worries on that,” Ibitoye told brila.net.
