Ex-Golden Eaglets winger, Habib Makanjuola has expressed happiness after signing a four-year dealwith Leicester U-23 side.
Reacting after completing the deal, Makanjuola thanked everyone who supported him before and after signing for the Foxes. “Very happy to have signed for Leicester City FC massive thank you to everyone who have been supporting me throughout the journey strive for more,” Makanjuola wrote after sealing the deal.
The 18-year-old forward who played alongside Kelechi Iheanacho at the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup in United Arab Emirates previously had a stint with Chelsea’s U-16s and Birmingham’s U-17s.
Apart from Iheanacho, two other Nigerians, Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi currently play for Leicesterin the ongoing Premier League season.
