Barcelona release squad list and roster for pre-season tour

Barcelona has released its roster for 2017 International Champions Cup scheduled to hold on July 22-29 which is to include newly married Lionel Messi.

Barcelona will face Italian champions Juventus on July 22 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and Manchester United at FedEx Field in Maryland on July 26.

Barcelona concludes its tour with the first El Classicoin International Champions Cup history when it meetsReal Madrid on July 29 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

Barcelona’s Squad:

Goalkeepers: Jasper Cillessen, Adrian Ortola

Defenders: Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Lucas Digne, Samuel Umtiti, Aleix Vidal, Marlon Santos,Douglas, Thomas Vermaelen, Marc Cucurella, Sergi Palencia

Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Javier Mascherano, Andres Iniesta, Ivan Rakiti, Rafinha, Arda Turan, Denis Suarez, Sergi Roberto, Sergi Samper, Carles Alena

Forwards: Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., Luis Suarez, Paco Alcacer, Munir El Haddadi, Gerard Deulofeu

The notable absentee from the list is goalkeeper Marc-André Ter Stegen who got an extended holiday due to his participation for Germany in Confederation Cup in Russia.
