Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo insists he admires Barcelona rival Lionel Messi.
Ronaldo also declares he enjoys watching Messi play.
He revealed: “I enjoy watching Messi and the great players, I enjoy watching Messi. We’re cordial and we respect each other.
“Whenever I am with him, I have a very good relationship. It’s not that I go to his house, we do not eat together. He is not my friend, but I consider him a companion by profession and not a rival, because I do not like that.
“I don’t like comparisons.”
