AS says Bartomeu has informed Turan's agent, Ahmed Bulut, that Barca are now inviting offers for the Turkey international.

Barca will sell to the highest bidder, seeking €40 million for the midfielder.
A loan to a La Liga rival is also under consideration – for a fee of €7 million.
