Barcelona announce squad to face Leganes; Five absentees

Following a terrible 4-0 midweek loss to PSG in the Champions League, FC Barcelona will be looking to bounce back in La Liga when they host Leganes at the Camp Nou in a bid to reduce the points deficit on Real Madrid at the top of the table.

There is no room for errors and Barça will be looking to feed the fans with something on Sunday night, coach Luis Rn toque has named a squad list featuring 18 players to take on the team from Madrid.

The likes of Javier Mascherano, Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan are still out through injury and won’t take part in the game. Goalkeeper Jordi Masip was also left out of the squad for technical reasons while B team player Carles Aleña was given the call up to complete the 18 man squad.

Sergio Busquets is also out of the game as he’s suspended.
