Dele Ajiboye drags Warri Wolves to NFF, LMC 😭😭😭

Goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye has taken his fight to quit NPFL side, Warri Wolves, and also be paid his outstanding salaries and other entitlements by the club.

However, Wolves have said they will only release him if he agrees to forfeit his five months’ salaries as well as a clearance fee the Warri club had promised to pay him.

Ajiboye has now taken his fight to save his career to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) players’ status and arbitration committee.

“I fully served the club (Warri Wolves FC) even when nursing injuries and pains throughout the season, but in the end they failed to fulfill all the promises they made to me before I joined them,” he wrote in his petition to the NFF, which was also copied to the League Management Company (LMC).

“They owe me five months’ salaries which is 2.5 million Naira ( N500,000 x 5) and also our initial agreement for my clearance which is N3m.”

He, therefore, asked the authorities to ensure his career is not jeopardised by Warri Wolves, who should also pay him what he has worked for.
