Nigeria youth international Isaac Success is targeting victory for the Hornets fans, who he admitted deserved more from Monday’s away defeat to EPL new comers Burnley.
Success who played the final 32 minutes of the 2-0 defeat to Burnley and his Hornets’ team-mates welcome AFC Bournemouth to Vicarage Road on Saturday in a Premier League week 7 encounter.
The former Granada man who joined the Golden Boys this summer for a reported £12.5 million fee in an interview ahead of Saturday’s game said: “We have to do what the fans expected us to do today.” he explained.
“We have to get the three points against Bournemouth, so we need to go back to the drawing board now and prepare for them.” Success told the Hornets’ website.
Watford go into Saturday’s game with seven points after six league games, placing four places above their visitors who have the same points but sit 15th on the EPL log.
