The Ultimate Apps List for Football Fanatics

All of
you football enthusiasts know that you need a way to stay up to date with your
favorite sport when you are on the go. Fortunately, there are many applications
available for you to choose from and most of them are well worth your time.
Some of them will allow you to stream Nigerian football games. Others will
inform you of any news and transactions made. All of them will satisfy even the
pickiest of football fans.
fuboTV
We kick
this list off with fuboTV, which is a football app that
will allow you to live stream Nigerian games directly from your iPhone. However,
it doesn’t stop at Nigeria because there are several different leagues
available on this app such as MLS, Ligue 1, Serie A, Liga MX and the English
Championship. This app also allows you to stream a plethora of football
channels, including the fuboTV Network, El Rey, Benfica TV, the Football Report
Network and Galavision. The app will even remind you when certain football
games go live.
As you
probably guessed, a subscription is required to use fuboTV. You can choose
between a monthly subscription at $9.99or a yearly subscription at $95 a year.
Even though it’s not free, subscribing to fuboTV is a no-brainer. You have
access to watch numerous live football games whenever and wherever you want. Any
football fan on the go needs to subscribe to fuboTV.
Onefootball
If
spending money isn’t your thing, then one of the best free apps is Onefootball.
This is an absolutely perfect app if you are looking to receive game updates,
news, highlights and results. While you won’t be able to live-stream games, you
will be able to check in on your favorite teams and view alive commentary
session. This will allow you to track everything that happens in each game.
Outside
of all of the previously mentioned perks, Onefootball is terrific if you want
to follow your favorite team. If any news happens with your favorite team, you
will find it on Onefootball. The design of this app is also terrific and uses a
simple yet effective approach. Of all of the football apps that I have used,
Onefootball may have the best interface of any of them.
Live
Soccer TV
Live
Soccer TV is very similar to Onefootball. Live Soccer TV is also free. It will also
keep you up to date on match stats, live scores, news and events. One really
cool aspect to Live Soccer TV, however, is that it will inform you with match
schedules and broadcast listings. You will never miss any Nigerian football
games and you will always know what broadcast station the game is playing on.
The entire purpose of Live Soccer TV’s design is to be a handy resource for all
football aficionados.
I have
used this app for quite some time now and I have never had to look elsewhere
for any football information. This is especially true when it comes to match
times and broadcast listings. They also have a very clean and professional
presentation that makes finding everything a breeze. I would actually recommend
Live Soccer TV a little bit more than Onefootball, but both apps are still
excellent.
WatchESPN
One of
the best football apps available isn’t even centered on football. WatchESPN,
much like fuboTV, lets you watch live football games. With this app, you have
24/7 access to all of the ESPN networks provided by your cable company. That
being said, make sure to check with your cable provider on which ESPN networks
you have access to. That way, whenever a football game is being broadcast on
one of your available networks, you will be able to watch it anywhere. ESPN
Deportes will probably be your best bet when it comes to Nigerian football
games, however.
One
important aspect to note about WatchESPN is if you have DirecTV, you will not
be able to use this app. Besides this, though, you shouldn’t have too many
issues to worry about. Undoubtedly, the best part about WatchESPN is the
quality of the football games. They look absolutely gorgeous as you watch them.
I have stumbled upon some games which had some occasional lag, but most of the
time you won’t run into any problems.
ExpressVPN
It’s
funny because the last app on this list isn’t even a football app. However,
that doesn’t mean that football fans don’t need it. On the contrary, ExpressVPN
is highly recommended for a multitude of reasons. For one, whenever you’re
browsing through the other football apps (or doing anything online),ExpressVPN
will mask your IP address and encrypt all of your data.Due to your IP address
being masked, you will be able to access previously blocked videos. So, if a
football highlight comes in but you can’t watch it due to your location,ExpressVPN
will bypass the restriction and allow you to watch it. For everything you need
to know and more, check out this review by Secure Thoughts on ExpressVPN.
As a football
enthusiast, are you enjoying any of these fantastic apps? If not, then what are
you waiting for? If you are, let us know which ones you are using in the
comments section below.
