Ooni of Ife pays Obafemi Martins a visit


Nigerian striker Obafemi Martins was the recipient of a rare royal visit at his home over the weekend as His Royal Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi paid a courtesy visit to the former Seattle Sounders goal poacher, fcnaija.com reports.
Martins who currently stars for Chinese Super League side, Shanghai Greenland Shenhua waselated to have the paramount rulerin his residence and he made a show of the visit;  posting a rather blurred ten second video of the young monarch’s visit on his Instagram wall.
The video as expected is generating interests particularly from Martins’ fans who have since been dropping their comments and hailing the striker.
Martins is already showing his goal scoring prowess  in China since he scored his first league goal for Shanghai Shenhua in their 5-1 rout of Guangzhou R&F , he presently has three goals in all competitions.
