Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has been named the best foreign player in the Isreali Premier League due to his strong performances.
The 28-year-old who plays for Hapoel Be’er Sheva has been one of the outstanding players in the ISL.
The 12-time capped international took to his Twitter handle to say thank you to fans for the massive achievement.
“Voted as the BEST FOREIGN PLAYER in ISRAEL LEAGUE by the captains of each teams. I thank GOD for everything,” he said.
The 36-year-old played 36 times in all competitions for his club scoring five times and laying four goals for his teammates.
