Star Of The Week Iheanacho as he got a hat-trick and an assist against Aston Villa.

A week of fine performance across Europe with eye catching performance and mouthwatering games as the Leagues huts up in various divisions across Europe.

Nigerian players were not left out of the action as some of them posted a five star performance over the weekend to enable their team pick up crucial points at home and on the road.

We have captured Nigerians with significant impacts for their Respective clubs through the course of the week. SoccerNet Nigeria reviews the Nigerian (eleven) team of the week across Europe. DEFENDERS

LEON BALOGUN
The German-born full back lasted the distance as his club Mainz 05 defeated Borussia Moenchengladbach 1-0 courtesy of a solitary strike from Christian Clemens in the 21st minute of the game.

KENNETH OTIGBA
The Anglo-Nigerian center back Otigba lasted the entire duration of the match as his side SC Heerenveen defeated Cambur SC 1-0 away from home.

GODFREY OBOABONA
The defender lasted the entire duration of the game as his side Rizespor defeated Sivas Belediye Spor in the Turkish Cup.

TAYE TAIWO
The veteran defender converted from the spot in the 70th minute of the game to hand his club HJK a 1-0 victory over IFK Marienhamn.

MIDFIELDERS

ONYINYE NDIDI
The defender turned midfielder Onyinye Ndidi lasted the distance in front of the back four and helped his 10men Genk to a 1-0 victory over Kortrijk.

JOHN OGU
The central midfield player lasted the entire 90minutes of the game as his Club side Hapoel Beer Sheva defeated Israeli giants Hapoel Tel Aviv 1-0 away from home.

ATTACKERS

OLARENWAJU KAYODE
The forward scored in the 4th minute to hand Austria Wien the lead as Austria Wien ran out with a3-1 win over Swiss giants FC Basel.

CHUBA AKPOM
The Arsenal loanee scored a hat-trick in an exemplary fashion as his side Hull City defeated host Bury FC 1-3 away from home. He scored in the 14th, 57th (penalty) and 69th minute and he featured for the entire duration of the game.

KELECHI IHEANACHO-STAR OF THE WEEK
The Man.City forward scored a hat-trick in a magnificent performance against sinking Aston Villa in the 4th,24th ,and 74thminute of the game and was adjured as the MAN OF THE MATCH as he claimed the match ball with 4-0 win over Aston Villa.

ODION IGHALO
The Watford talisman came off the bench to rescue his side as he replaced skipper Troy Deeney in the 72minute and fired the winner in the 89thminute to seal an FA Cup next round for the club.
