Red-hot Nigerian striker, Odion Ighalo, made the English Premier League Week 17 star list after the goal machine grabbed a brace against Liverpool at the weekend.
Igha-goals, as he is fondly referred to, is joined by Chelsea’s Oscar, Alex Tettey (Norwich City), Andrew Surman (Bournemouth) and Mesut Ozil (Arsenal).
The 26-year-old has now bagged 12 league goals this season, taking his tally for the year, including his goals in the Championship last season, to 27 more than any player in England’s top four tiers.
Ighalo however insisted there was nothing special about his brace for Watford against Liverpool at the weekend.
He said: “I thank God for giving me the grace to score two goals against Liverpool.
“I give him the glory.
“I see nothing special about scoring against Liverpool.
“It’s the same feeling for scoring goal and it doesn’t matter against which team.”
