Dream Team Takes on Real De Banjul


The U-23 national team, Dream Team will on Saturday, 21st November take on Gambian top side Real De Banjul F.C, at the practice pitch of the FIFA goal project , Banjul.

The encounter which is expected to kick off at 9am local time (10am) in Nigeria will see the Dream Team parading players like Emmanuel Daniel, Oduduwa Segun, Oghenekaro Etebo, Stanley Dimgba and Chile U-17 highest goal scorer Victor Osihmen, who has over come his malaria attack and his now training with the team.

For the Gambians who finished 2nd in their country’s Super League and who represented their country in last seasons CAF champions league, will be parading some of their national team players like U-20 goalkeeper Ebrima Jarju, national U-23 players Bully Drammeh, Salifu Krubally, national senior team player Ebou Kanteh, U-20 stars Mbye Faye, Bubachar Camaraderie, Ebrima Sidibeh and Omar Jobe.

The encounter which is the first of 3 test games lined up for the Dream Team in Gambia, will see Coach Samson Siasia, trying out all the players so as to pick the best legs for the country in Senegal.
