FIFA 2016: Ahmed Musa Makes Team Of The Week


In recognition of his brilliant performance against Mordovia Saransk in the last round of matches in the Russian top flight, CSKA Moscow’s Ahmed Musa has been selected in the Team of the Week by EA SPORTS in conjunction with Fifa 2016.

The Nigeria international was one of the four players selected in midfield along with André André (FC Porto), Shinji Kagawa (Borussia Dortmund) and Yunus Malli (FSV Mainz 05).

During the period under review, Ahmed Musa bagged a brace and created one goal in CSKA Moscow’s entertaining 6 – 4 win over Mordovia Saransk.

The 22 – year – old was named Most Valuable Player in the Russian Premier League on Tuesday on the heels of his display in the ninth round.

In all competitions this term, the Golden Boot Soccer Academy product has been involved in 10 goals in 14 matches.
