R.S.C Anderlecht newest Striker, Imoh Ezekiel made his first media appearance at the club recently and had a lot to say.
The Nigerian striker who is on loan from Quatarian Al Arabi for a season promised to bring nothing but his best to the Belgian side.
“When the coach gives me the chance, I will be there. In any case, I am very much looking forward to this new challenge. I want to work hard and show myself, to win prizes, but also to grow as a player,” Ezekiel said.
The fast striker also said a few words about his transfer to RSCA. “I am not feeling 100 percent yet, but I want to be fit as soon as possible. I have tried to keep in shape as well as possible, both on my own and with a fitness coach. I have missed the ball very much. Football is like a drug, and I cannot wait to be on the pitch once again.”
Manager Herman Van Holsbeeck also expressed his confidence in the Nigerian. He said, “We want a real strength in the front, and now we have one. He will provide the team with a lot of opportunities, he is fast, can score and he is able to decide a match. We missed that from time to time last season.”
