E. Bassey, R. Ali, and I. Egwim lead the assist table with 5
assists apiece. They are followed closely on 4 assists by A. Gyang, B. Sakin,
D. Olorundare, K. Eduwo, M. Umar, and P. Aggreh.
2.
Two
players have managed the most
#GLONPFL goals so far this Season. They are Heartland’s B.

C. Chikatara, G. Salami, and N. Effiong boast 7 each.

It is no longer news that Okey Emordi has been relieved of
his duties as Kano Pillars manager. However, during the period he was in
charge, only
Sunshine FC of Akure (81) scored more goals in the
#GLONPFL than his team (80). Entertainers

Shooting
Stars have been shooting foes down. El-Kanemi Warriors have now lost all (4)
their away
#GLONPFL matches against the
Oluyole Warriors in over a decade.

No
team can match their class so far. Sunshine Stars remains the only side in the

have been mastered obviously. Wikki have now lost nine games against Heartland FC since
2004, one defeat more than against any other side during the period.

This is the kind of improvements fans have been clamouring
for! The whole of 2013/14 #GLONPFL
season produced 24 away wins. We are only halfway into the 2014/15 season and
it has already yielded 19 away wins.

Elephant are the major beneficiary of that last fact, though. Enyimba FC are the first team to win more than three away
matches in a league season since Dolphins FC (5) in 2010/11.

now scored twice in his last three #GLONPFL
appearances for

nine points from winning positions since matchday 14.

since matchday 17. The Port Harcourt outfit are not renowned goal getters
anyway, having managed only nine goals so far.

now been involved in nine (6 goals + 3 assists) of El-Kanemi’s 17 goals scored
this season.
