Emenike Rejects Mouth-Watering Offer From Qatari Club



According to AfricanFootball.com, Fenerbahce Striker,Emmanuel Emenike has rejected an officer from a Qatari Club. The offer Promises him over five million Euros in wages and bonuses.

Emenike is said to have turned down the offer because he still wants to play in top level European leagues.

“Emenike is no more happy in Fenerbahce, he wants to move,” a source close to the striker said.
“He reject an offer from Qatar that would have seen him getting €5.5 per annum, but he wants to remain in the top flight for more years, so he is not ready to move there for now.
“There are clubs in other countries who want to sign him and I he may well head to one of the clubs now.”

Emenike’s agent Erdem Konyar,speaking concerning the player being linked with some English clubs said;
“I personally have not entered talks with Tottenham yet. However, if Fenerbahce give permission we can enter negotiations.”
“There are also reports AC Milan and Fiorentina are interested in Emenike, but we have not met with them either.”
Fenerbahce President recently revealed a 10 million-Euro bid was rejected for the Nigeria striker, who has netted twice this season for the Turkish champions.
The Nigeria international has a release clause of £16 million in his contract.
