Marc Bartra: Messi Cannot Leave Barca, He Is Happy With The Club

Rumours have circulated that Leo Messi may leave the Camp Nou in future after the Argentine hinted at a possible exit, however, team mate Marc Bartra doesn’t fancy these rumours, claiming the star and Barcelona are inextricably linked.

“I can’t imagine Barcelona without Messi” the Barca defender said.
“The most important thing is that he has always said he wants to be here for his whole career and that’s what I keep in mind. He has given everything for the club since he was young and thanks to him Barça has reached the top”, he added.
The player also maintains that the striker is happy at the Camp Nou: “He’s been in the first team for many years, he feels right at home. It’s good for the world’s best player to feel appreciated”.
Bartra went on to talk about Real Madrid’s current good form in ‘La Liga’. “They bring in good signings every year and they are really strong at the moment, but it’s a very long league”, he stressed.
Moreover, Messi will not be leaving anytime soon as his father Jorge Messi stressed the star is happy with the club.
