Nigerian teenage midfield sensation, Ammeer Auwal Suleiman, has signed for second-tier Croatian side, Nogometni Klub Rudeš, from Ojodu City FC in Lagos, Soccernet.ng reports.

Popularly referred to as ‘Kaka’, the 18-year-old creative midfielder was a part of the Ojodu City FC side that participated in the 2024 Viareggio tournament in Italy, helping his team to the semi-finals where they lost to the eventual winners,  Beyond Limits Football Academy.

The midfielder’s performance caught the eye of several scouts on their tour in Italy, and following several negotiations, he’ll join up with NK Rudeš in Croatia.

Despite only just starting his footballing career in Europe, Kaka dreams of big things. In a previous interview with Soccernet.ng, the youngster revealed his admiration for Catalan giants, Barcelona and how he’d love to play in the Camp Nou in the future.

The midfielder has come a long way from playing football on the streets of Kano State in Nigeria, to signing for a club in Europe, and with his mentality and resilience, the best of the talented midfielder is yet to be seen.
