Some pictures of Nigeria’s Super Falcons have emerged online as they prepare for the 2024 Olympics in Paris, Soccernet.ng reports.
Ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics female football competiton, Nigeria opened camp this week at Seville in Spain. Recall that coach Randy Waldrum called up a squad of 18 players for the competition, while some other players were named on tge standby list.
Randy Waldrum has started working with the team, and as of the last update from the Super Falcons’ social media page, 14 players had arrived in camp.
Some of the senior players like Rasheedat Ajibade, Michelle Alozie, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Tochukwu Oluehi, and Christy Ucheibe have already arrived in camp. However, former Barcelona star Asisat Oshola is yet to join the camp.
On Tuesday, pictures of the coach Randy Waldrum and the players in camp surfaced. The players looked quite comfortable and were all smiles.
The Super Falcons were drawn in Group C of the Olympics female football competiton, where they will face Brazil, Spain, and Japan.
