“Love, I have money” – Nigeria and OGC Nice star Terem Moffi reveals preferences in quick-fire Q&A session

Nigeria international Terem Moffi has revealed some interesting personal preferences during a quick this-or-that question-and-answer session, Soccernet.ng reports.

While chatting with Odey Godspower, Moffi shared his likings in different interests from fashion, food, football, music, movies, among other things.

Born and raised in Calabar, Nigeria, it is no surprise to see Moffi vote for pounded yam over jollof rice while the OGC Nice star picked FCT Abuja over Lagos.

Between beach soccer and street football, it was the latter for Moffi just as he says training at night during winter is more preferable to training on a summer morning.

The former Lorient striker reveals he would rather dribble than pass the ball and he unsurprisingly chooses winning the FIFA World Cup over the Africa Cup of Nations.

Moffi, it would be recalled, was a member of the Super Eagles squad that finished in second place at the 2023 AFCON early this year.

When asked to share his fave between watching movies and listening to music, Moffi plunged for the former, insisting that it depends on the mood, though.

“Pepper soup or suya”?

Suya,” Moffi replied, referring to that traditional smoked spiced meat skewer which is a large part of Hausa culture and food and is traditionally prepared and made by Hausa men.

Regarding fashion, Moffi says casual wears fit his personality more than traditional attire.

And finally, in response to the question,

‘Love or money?’,

Moffi responded, “Love, I have money!”

Moffi, who joined OGC Nice permanently in July last year on a four-year contract, is on an annual salary of €900,000 (N1.5 billion).

Last season, the 25-year-old forward scored 11 goals and added two assists in 30 Ligue 1 appearances for OGC Nice.
