Super Eagles player, Kelechi Nwakali has taken to social media to celebrate his sister Ruth Nwakali on her induction into the medical laboratory science profession, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Nigerian footballer, who currently plays for Portuguese club G.D Chaves, was unable to fulfil his dream of helping Nigeria win the AFCON 2023 tournament back in February, as he was not included in Jose Peseiro’s final squad.

Ruth Nwakali was among the graduates of the Faculty of Health Science, Imo State University who got inducted into the medical laboratory science profession in March 2024. Ruth happens to be the last child and only daughter of the Nwakali family.

The Nigerian midfielder has also been absent from the international scene for almost two years, as his last notable appearance with the Super Eagles squad was the AFCON 2022 tournament hosted by Cameroon.
