Tchouameni and Davido discussed the remarkable evolution of Afrobeats, highlighting the positive impact it has had on the global perception of Nigeria.

He also shared his decision to return to Lagos and collaborate with Nigerian producers, a choice that birthed his smash hit “If”.

The conversation about retiring in one’s prime also came up, with Tchouameni making reference to his teammate Toni Kroos.

The stars also discussed the impact and importance of social media in pushing their craft and maintaining friendships with the people who supported them before they became big names.
