AFCON 2023: “You go see shege”- Afrobeats star Odumodublvck warns Angola ahead of QF clash with Nigeria

The Super Eagles will take on Angola in the quarter-finals of the AFCON, and Odumodublvck has backed the team to win

Nigerian Afrobeats star Odumodublvck has backed the Super Eagles to emerge victorious when they play Angola in the quarter-finals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, Soccernet.ng reports.

Nigeria will be looking to book a place in the semi-finals of the 2023 AFCON when they take on Angola at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny on Friday.

Nigeria are favourites to get the victory because of their quality on paper. However, at this AFCON, there have been a lot of surprises, and Angola could spring one up if the Super Eagles do not bear their fangs.

Ahead of the game, some Angolan fans have been quite bullish, especially after their impressive 3-0 victory over Namibia in the round of 16.

Nonetheless, afrobeats star Odumodublvck, who has been a staunch supporter of the team, has pulled his weight behind the team. He has replied to a section of Angolan fans who have been bullish about their national team ahead of the game.

“You go see shege”, the ‘Declan Rice’ crooner wrote on X.

Odumodublvck has been a staunch supporter of the Super Eagles since the start of the AFCON and has shared many posts about the team since the competition started.
