‘Machine’- Ex-Man City forward hails Ndidi’s stellar display in Leicester vs. West Brom clash

Wilfred Ndidi scooped the Man Of The Match award following his impressive display against West Bromwich Albion

Leicester City star Kelechi Iheanacho has lauded compatriot Wilfred Ndidi for his outstanding performance during the Leicester vs. West Bromwich Albion encounter, Soccernet.ng reports.

The Super Eagles midfielder delivered an impressive showing against West Brom, providing an assist that led to Kiernan Drewsbury-Hall’s opening goal for the Foxes away from home.

Ndidi’s precise cross found Drewsbury-Hall, who headed home to propel Enzo Maresca’s side into the lead during the second half.

Afterwards, Josh Maja leveled the scoreline for the home side before Harry Winks put Maresca’s troops back in front in the final minutes of the game.

At the end of the clash, Ndidi shared pictorial highlights of his performance against West Brom on social media, captioning it with “Passion! To final whistle.”

Responding to Ndidi’s display, the former Manchester City forward described him with a single word: “Machine,” emphasizing the Nigerian midfielder’s excellence. Drewsbury-Hall also expressed gratitude for the assist with a “Thank you” reply.

Leicester City currently leads the EFL Championship table with 46 points, edging ahead of Ipswich Town FC, who has 45 points. As they prepare to face Plymouth in their upcoming game, Leicester aims to continue their winning streak and maintain their top position in the league standings.
