Following a surprising 1-1 draw against Lesotho, the Super Eagles are gearing up to face Zimbabwe in their next fixture, Soccernet.ng reports.
West Brom defender, Semi Ajayi, salvaged the scoreline for Jose Peseiro’s side in the Lesotho clash, easing some pressure on the team.
Lesotho’s unexpected lead through Motlomelo Mkhwanazi’s goal was equalized by Ajayi in the 56th minute at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
In anticipation of the Zimbabwe encounter, Peseiro may consider a few changes in his 4-4-2 formation, especially with Taiwo Awoniyi’s injury sidelining him from the frontline.
Peseiro has shown confidence in Francis Uzoho as the primary goalkeeper, likely retaining his spot in the lineup.
The Portuguese tactician might opt to shuffle his defensive lineup, potentially introducing Ola Aina, Kenneth Omeruo, and Bruno Onyemeachi, possibly replacing Bright Osayi-Samuel.
In the midfield, Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka are anticipated to hold their positions, while Moses Simon could step in for Ademola Lookman. Kelechi Iheanacho is likely to maintain his role. For the frontline, Terem Moffi could step in for the injured Awoniyi, partnering with Victor Boniface.
Goalkeeper: Francis Uzoho
Defenders: Ola Aina, Semi Ajayi, Kenneth Umeruo, Bruno Onyemaechi
Midfielders: Kelechi Iheanacho, Alex Iwobi, Frank Onyeka, Moses Simon
Forwards: Victor Boniface, Terem Moffi
This anticipated lineup could be the strategic formation Peseiro opts for against Zimbabwe.

Don't expect miracle from the Super Eagkes. The team cannot take us to the promise land. It is even better to watch the female national team, Super Falcon, than those so-called professionals in Suoer Eagles.
The worst is yet to come, Paseiro has nothing to offer Nigerians with caliber of players he invited for this world cup qualifying. NFF must sack this brainless coach ASAP!
