Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu continues his scoring streak as Trabzonspor secures a point in their Super Lig clash against Sivasspor, Soccernet.ng reports.
After netting a brace in the Burgundy Blue’s previous encounter against Konyaspor, Onuachu scored for the third consecutive game for the Trabzon-based club.
In the first 20 minutes, the home side dominated with two goals from Samuel Saiz and Rey Manaj, taking a 2-0 lead.
Former Arsenal forward Nicolas Pepe then skillfully controlled a pass on the edge of the box, curling the ball into the left side of the goal to pull one back for the visitors.
Just before halftime, Trezeguet provided an assist to Onuachu, who swiftly fired into the bottom left corner, leveling the score.
The action-packed game continued in the second half, with Manaj regaining the lead for the home side. However, Trezeguet, who replaced Rayyan Baniya, secured a point for the away team by firing a shot past Ali Sasal Vural.
The Black Sea Storm will host Kayserispor at the Papara Park next, with Onuachu aiming to help the team recover from the draw and secure three points as they strive to close the gap with Fenerbahce SK, currently sitting atop the table with 34 points.
