Davido teases Manchester United fans after Copenhagen loss

Erik ten Hag’s men got their Champions League stay dented in an embarrassing 4-3 loss to Copenhagen

Nigerian superstar David Adeleke, better known as Davido, poked fun at Manchester United fans in the wake of their match against Copenhagen, Soccernet.ng reports.

The clash saw Manchester United’s hopes of securing a spot in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage take a hit in a thrilling seven-goal encounter that ended with a 4-3 victory for Copenhagen in Denmark.

Davido, taking to his Twitter account, questioned what was happening with Erik Ten Hag’s team and why United fans constantly express their disappointment with the team’s performance.

The Manchester club has struggled to regain its former glory since the departure of Alex Ferguson, enduring several underwhelming seasons under various managers.

Recently, the team’s situation seems to be deteriorating, which prompted Davido to share his disappointment on his X (formerly Twitter) feed.

He wrote: “I don’t watch football like that, but what is going on with Man U? Every week, you’re complaining. Please enlighten me.”

Following their loss, Manchester United finds themselves at the bottom of the Champions League Group A standings with four points, while Bayern Munich comfortably leads the group with 12 points.

The team will be aiming to bounce back from their defeat as they face Luton Town at Old Trafford this weekend.
