The SHE Project is an all-encompassing initiative that provides Sports, Humanitarian and Educational programmes.

The Academy, owned by the Barcelona Femeni star, has carved a niche for itself in the Nigerian football environment, as it has continued to positively impact the life of girl-child in the country, both in sports and education.

Over 500 girls will participate in the event, including football, basketball and volleyball basics, mentorship sessions, life skills and education, quizzes and debates and many more.

The She Play project was organized in different schools and communities in 2022. This is the 5th of the SHE project and the first for season 2 of the AOA.

The Asisat Oshoala Academy has provided girls (ages 12 – 18) access to 90 minutes of football training thrice a week.

The programme has complemented with life skills education covering a range of empowerment and rights-based topics.

Graduates from the academy will be encouraged to convert their leadership skills to impact their respective communities positively.
