Watch: Super Eagles star dazzles with ball in training ahead of club’s Championship pre-season games

The Nigerian star played a crucial role for Jose Peseiro’s Super Eagles in securing their place in the 2023 AFCON tournament.

Super Eagles and West Brom star Semi Ajayi showcases his impressive skills in training after helping Nigeria secure a spot in the upcoming African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, Soccernet.ng reports.

Following his participation in Nigeria’s victory over Sierra Leone, Ajayi swiftly returned to England from Africa, marking his return to training with West Brom Albion as the club is currently gearing up for their pre-season matches in preparation for the upcoming season.

In a recently shared video on West Brom’s Instagram account, Ajayi captivated viewers with his dazzling skills, demonstrating ball control and running on the training pitch.

The 29-year-old appears to be in excellent form and hopes to maintain his fitness throughout the new season, aiming to contribute to West Brom’s quest for promotion back to the Premier League.

Ajayi, who was among the key players last season for West Brom, made 22 appearances in the Championship for the Hawthorns, scoring two goals.

West Brom Albion will play their first game of the pre-season against Cheltenham on the 17th of next month, as they look forward to the start of the new English Championship season on the 4th of July.
