Collins, who initially embarked on his European journey with the HNK Rijeka youth team, joined Cardiff City from FC Paderborn before suffering a knee injury against West Brom last August, which sidelined him for the entire previous season.
Now fully recovered, the 28-year-old is eager to maintain his fitness and play a pivotal role in the team’s quest for success.
Having earned his national team call-up back in 2018 for an African Cup of Nations qualifying game against Seychelles, Collins aspires to secure a spot in the squad for the forthcoming tournament in Ivory Coast next year.
With his return to training, Cardiff City fans can look forward to witnessing his dynamic performances on the field once again.
