Watch: Ex-Manchester United forward Odion Ighalo meets ‘phenomenal’ Nigerian actor Charles Okocha

Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo had an exceptional season with Al Hilal, scoring an impressive 43 goals and providing 7 assists for the Blue Waves

Nigerian striker, Odion Ighalo, was recently spotted meeting popular Nigerian actor Charles Okocha, known for his humorous social media presence, Soccernet.ng reports.

The actor’s video, featuring him talking to his daughter, went viral and entertained many fans with his frequent use of the word “phenomenal.”

In the video, Ighalo expressed his joy upon meeting Okocha after the actor had previously met with Obi Cubana, extending his usual greetings to him.

Holding his phone, Ighalo exclaimed, “My phenomenal bro is here,” to which Okocha responded warmly, saying, “Odion, my nigga, you are phenomenal.”

Ighalo’s stellar performances in the Saudi Pro League contributed significantly to Al Hilal’s success. Besides his remarkable goal-scoring feat, he played a vital role in helping the team secure the King’s Cup, the Super Lucille, and finish as runners-up in the Asian Champions League.

In another video, Ighalo presented Okocha with his Al Hilal jersey and the two were seen enjoying friendly paparazzi.

With his contract with Al Hilal ending this June, the former Manchester United star is currently without a club. Football clubs will surely be interested in securing his signature this summer, considering his impressive track record and his ability to make a significant impact on the field.
