Onyekuru has played his best football in Turkey, and Tuzemën believes a reunion would be good for Galatasaray
Turkish journalist Levent Tuzemën has advised former Turkish Champions Galatasaray to sign Super Eagles striker Henry Onyekuru if they fail to get Kosovo forward Milot Rashica, Newshiveng reports.
Onyekuru joined Super Lig. side Adana Demirspor on a season-long loan from Olympiakos last year after a disappointing campaign in Greece.
The 26-year-old striker nicked eight goals and three assists to help them to a fourth-place finish in the Super Lig. But he is set to return to his parent club Olympiakos as his deal only runs for one season.
However, Galatasaray Haber reports that Tuzemen has advised Galatasaray to sign Onyekuru this summer.
The club want to sign Rashica from Norwich, but the deal is proving to be a tough one. The Kosovo star spent last season on loan with Galatasaray, nicking four goals and seven assists in 26 appearances.
The Turkish champions want to keep him permanently, but Norwich are stalling on the move. Onyekuru has played for Galatasaray, and he could be open to a move to the Turkish capital.
